Christ Community School Athletics
VISION AND PURPOSE
Christ Community School strives to guide students to serve and lead in Christ. Athletics are an important component of this vision.
The purpose of our athletic program is:
- To help develop the Christian Character of the students who participate.
- To fully develop the athletic ability of each student athlete.
- To provide our students an opportunity to fellowship with other believers in the area of athletics.
CCS is committed to providing our elementary students with opportunities to participate in several different sports. We sponsor elementary sports programs in competition against area private schools in grades 4-7 and participate in other elementary sports programs provided through leagues, associations, and clubs in the The Woodlands area.
Competing against area private schools, athletes learn the fundamentals of the game while enjoying an opportunity for fellowship with their peers.
CCS competes in several soccer leagues allowing students as young as kindergarten to begin developing the basics of soccer. Our students in grades 4-7 compete against area schools providing further opportunity for development.
CCS competes in several volleyball leagues allowing students as young as kindergarten to begin developing the basics of volleyball.
